Can I cancel my Premium subscription at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your profile dashboard. You'll continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I reach my listing limit on the Free plan?
On the Free plan, you can have up to 3 active listings at a time. Once you've sold or removed a listing, you can create a new one. To list more than 3 items simultaneously, upgrade to Premium for unlimited listings.
How does payment work?
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Paystack, our secure payment provider. You can pay with any major credit/debit card. The subscription automatically renews each month until you cancel.
What are Featured Listings?
Featured listings appear at the top of search results and browse pages, giving your livestock maximum visibility to potential buyers. This Premium feature can significantly increase views and inquiries on your listings.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No! Premium is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime, and your subscription will simply not renew for the next month.
Can I switch from Free to Premium mid-month?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to Premium at any time, and your unlimited listings will be available immediately. You'll be charged the full monthly Premium price.
